Located in the heart of London, right opposite Paddington Station, Reload Internet's conference room is a meeting place years ahead of its time.

Centrepiece of the venue is a massive custom-built glass table with computer monitors and internet access available to every guest. The monitors are 17 Inch TFTs, placed on the tops of the table, however, on occasions, we remove the screens, and replace them with clients Laptops.

Our clients are often businesses who want to take advantage of the conference room's location and unique design to meet visiting clients, review online designs, and discuss projects that demand a constant, blazingly fast and unobtrusive internet link.

For small meetings, the LAN table accommodates six users, each with an internet link, or twelve guests with two to each connection and under-glass presentation screen.

Reload Internet is split over two floors, and downstairs level of Reload has a seating and standing capacity of over 50 guests.

The price listed above is per hour (exclusive of VAT) and is subject to a minimum stay of three hours for each room you decide to hire. You will be asked to confirm booking times in advance, and a 50% deposit will be requested to secure those times. Please note that you may be charged extra time to make the store presentable for the general public and venue hire time is always rounded off to the nearest hour.

• We can provide you with Lavazza hot drinks from our Reload Café, which will allow you to welcome your guests with a beautifully prepared Lavazza beverage.

• ALLOW US TO MEET AND GREET YOUR GUESTS
• Our members of Staff will also be able to “meet and greet” your clients by name, and lead them direct to your custody, ensuring a fully tailored service which will meet your needs and demands. Your guests or clients will be made comfortable in separate sections of Reload if your schedule is delayed, ensuring that you are not overburdened, or rushed in your dealings with all of your clients. All you need do is supply is with the names and expected arrival times of all of your guests, and the rest will be dealt with by us.
